First of all you will have to open your chrome browser, after that ,type www.ctqrl.org  .and search for it, you may be redirected directly in the site of ,ctqrl or click this link -
There you will find an option to put the URL of your site, so enter full url of your site (example- www.smartworld11.com ) after that click on generate sitemap ,you will get a list of html codes, from there you have to select a part of the code - at last two lines of the codes ,you will find -ATOM , copy the code from atom , and that code is  your sitemap. Now simply go to google search ( if you don't have account on search console then click the link to read a short article about ,how to make a google search console account,click the Here )
 console and there you will see - SITEMAP  ,click on it  and a box will appear ,you have to paste the code there ,and simply click on submit.

You are all done , now just refresh the page , and your sitemap will go on pending, it will be approved after  one day, no need to worry for anything
